Traditional local recipes and Mediterranean flavours

The delicious aroma of freshly prepared food fills the air. The nostalgic Tyrolean ‘stube’, the romantic garden terrace and the sun-drenched winter garden give the our restaurant a cosy atmosphere. Enjoy traditional South Tyrolean specialities made from regional products, as well as Mediterranean dishes. Many of the ingredients come from the region and our own farm and are prepared with a lot of love. By the way: Our location is also ideal for your lunch stop when travelling to or from the south!

Enjoyment & culinary delights in our restaurant

From 7:00 am you will be spoilt with an extensive breakfast buffet, rich in local and homemade products.

In the evening, a 4-course menu of your choice with variations of traditional South Tyrolean and Mediterranean cuisine awaits you.

From June to September, dinner is served as a buffet in our guest garden. It is very popular with our guests, who enjoy it after eventful excursions to eat and drink outdoors in a cheerful, carefree atmosphere.

Weekly speciality evenings, such as barbecue and pizza evenings, await you.

As soon as autumn wraps the whole country in a colourful dress, it's Törggele time throughout South Tyrol. Our stuben offer the ideal location for this: Savour our traditional Törggele menu in a cosy get-together.

Quality we are proud of

Since the end of the First World War, the Teutsch family has dedicated itself to the culture of sustainable viticulture. 4 different wines are produced from the grape varieties in our vineyard: Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, Manzoni Bianco, Teroldego. Furthermore: Fruit show garden with old apple varieties, every Tuesday morning guided tour with Mr Teutsch through our fruit and wine estate. Guided wine tasting in our historic wine cellar every Thursday.
