Your holiday details

The rates quoted are per person and day inclusive:

Arrival and departure
Your booked hotel room will be available to you from 3 pm at the latest on the day of arrival. You are welcome to enjoy the hotel facilities before you check into your room. A limited number of changing rooms with lockers are available.

Checking out does not mean the end of your holiday in our hotel. You are also welcome to enjoy the hotel facilities on the day of departure. Please leave your room by 10 am so that the next guests can move into their room on time. Late check-out is possible for a fee.

Payment
In Italy, it has been permitted again to pay amounts up to 4,999.99 euros in cash. However, the following means of payment are always permitted: Debit card, credit card, non-transferable cheque or bank transfer.

Pets on request
We charge €20 per day (excluding food) for your four-legged friend.
Please also note that pets are not allowed in the dining rooms, SPA area and swimming pool including sunbathing lawn.
We are happy if you bring a blanket or basket for the room.
