Finnish sauna
The Finnish sauna has a temperature of 80-90°C and 20-30% humidity. To increase the humidity and thus the perceived temperature in the sauna, infusions are made with the addition of essential oils.

Turkish steam bath
This is a variant of the sauna with a lower temperature and higher humidity.

: Various grip techniques are used to activate the lymphatic system, primarily by improving the pumping capacity of the lymphatic vessels. It is particularly effective for all orthopaedic and traumatological conditions that are accompanied by swelling (e.g. sprains, strains, sprains, torn muscle fibres), but also for burns and migraines.
