Travel cancellation insurance
The contract is based exclusively on the information, descriptions and conditions in our price list, which are valid on the day of booking. With your telephone or written (e-mail) booking you confirm us the binding conclusion of the contract. The contract becomes binding for us when we confirm the pre-booking in writing, and you pay the deposit of 30% of the total amount for the definitive booking confirmation within the specified payment period.
Cancellation
We know from experience that despite all the joy of a booked holiday, something can always come up at short notice. To save you and us costs and hassle, we recommend that you take out cancellation insurance: We therefore recommend trip cancellation cover as a precaution for cancellation, early departure and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), which you can easily take out here: Travel cancellation insurance
- Up to 21 days before the agreed arrival date at the latest: Only the deposit (30%) for confirmation will be retained and, if no travel cancellation insurance has been taken out, booked as a credit for a future stay.
- Cancellation up to 20 days before the arrival date at the latest: 40% of the agreed total price, less the deposit already paid (30%) for confirmation
- Cancellation up to 15 days before the arrival date at the latest: 60% of the agreed total price, less the deposit already paid (30%) for confirmation
- Cancellation less than 8 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed total price, less the deposit already paid (30%) for confirmation
- No show: If the booked room is not taken over for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 70% of the agreed total price. The agreed price is the price for accommodation, catering and any other services. If not all booked beds are occupied or cancelled, the percentage shall only apply to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.
