The indicated prices are per person and per night including
- Generous continental breakfast buffet
- 3-course dinner with salad buffet
- Use of leisure facilities (volleyball- and football field, bowling, table tennis)
- Use of the finish Sauna, steam bath, relax area and swimming pool (pool open from the middle of April until the middle of September)
- Free transfer at arrival- and departure day from and to the railway station of
- Free car park
The bases of the agreement are exclusively the information, descriptions and conditions of our rate list, which is guilty on the booking day. For us the agreement is definitive, when you get a written booking confirmation from us which you have to confirm back between 7 days.
Arrival and departure
Your room is at your deposal on the arriving day from 3.00 p.m. If you want you can use our leisure facilities already before you get to your room. Changing rooms and lockers are available in a limited number.
Your Check-out doesn’t mean the end of your holiday in our hotel. Obvious you can use our leisure facilities also on the departure-day. Please vacate your room until 10.00 a.m. so that the following guests can get their room on time. Late check-out is possible by paying a supplement.
The payment of sums over € 999.99 in cash isn’t allowed anymore in Italy. The following means of payment are allowed: Bancomat card, credit card, non-transferable cheque ore by bank transfer.
Domestic animals please on request!
To domestic animals the access to the suites, junior suites and rooms with carpeted floor isn’t allowed. For your domestic animal we are calculating € 20.00 per day (without food). Apologising for any inconvenience we inform you that we will calculate € 15.00 for the final cleaning if it should be necessary.
Please note that for domestic animals the access to the dining halls, wellness-area and swimming-pool including the lawn for sunbathing is forbidden.
We would be pleased if you take a blanket or a basket for the room with you.
Travel cancellation – reversal
Travel insurance: Our experience shows that despite you are now looking forward to your holiday unexpected things can cross your plans. To avoid anger and unnecessary costs we recommend protecting yourself against cancellation or termination as well as rescue costs (including helicopter) with the HOGAST trip cancellation insurance travel insurance.
Though still existing pandemic status the European Travel Insurance covers in case of Corona illness since May 29 th 2020. More detailled information on this courtesy you will find here.
Until 21 days before the agreed arrival day of the guest the accommodation agreement can be terminated in written form by the guest but also by the accommodation provider. We keep only the already paid deposit (30%) of booking confirmation.
If the guest or the accommodation provider cancels the reservation between the 20st day before the agreed arrival day and the arrival day itself this one has to pay the following cancellation charges:
Cancellation until the 20st day before arrival:
40% of the agreed total price, minus the already paid deposit (30%) of booking confirmation.
Cancellation until the 15th day before arrival:
60% of the agreed total price, minus the already paid deposit (30%) of booking confirmation.
Cancellation after the 8th day before arrival:
70% of the agreed total price, minus the already paid deposit (30%) of booking confirmation.
If the booked room hasn’t been taken by the guest without any cancellation the guest has to pay 70% of the agreed total price. The agreed price is that one for accommodation, fare and other service. If you cancel only a part of the booked beds so the percentage refers only on the cancelled beds.
